We love anything that triggers a warm memory or smile. T-Shirts are great but, for most of us, you can only get away with wearing them a few times a year.
For QCLDC we are hopefully starting a new trend (that we hope other event directors will follow) giving dancers a unique commemorative pin at each of our larger events. A pin design unique for the year, that can be pinned to your lanyard or shoe bag that says “I was there”. If other directors follow the trend, then your shoe bag, or lanyard, can tell your “line dance workshop” story.
Each Dancer will receive the Inaugural QCLDC commemorative pin on registration, included with their name badge and lanyard. Larger special commemorative lanyards will be available for sale at the event.
We hope you will “geek out” as much as we do at the thought of having event pins representing every event we have been.
Discounted rooms rates are available for the “Queen City Line Dance Classic” event. Booking is done directly through the Hilton University Place website, or by contacting the In-house reservation department, and providing the booking code.
During 2025 the Hilton University Place will be remodeling all of their guest rooms. By the time of our event every room would have been refreshed and updated.
The hotel itself has 400 rooms split evenly between Single Kings & Double Doubles.
Room rates listed are per night, double/single occupancy and valid for stays starting Wednesday evening through Sunday evening (checking out Monday).
The event hotel is located steps from the "Boardwalk" at the Shoppes at University Place; which offers dancers numerous shopping and dining opportunities.
